Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of delivery personnel to ensure efficient and timely logistics operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
- Monitor and track delivery performance metrics, including on-time delivery rates, fuel efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and customer service teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and local transportation laws.
- Resolve operational challenges, such as delays or resource constraints, with proactive and solution-oriented approaches.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance, budget adherence, and operational KPIs to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, delivery operations, or a similar supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in logistics software, route planning tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Familiarity with local transportation regulations and best practices in Indonesia.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational demands.
