Responsibility
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments, deliveries, and logistics services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, transportation, and customs, to ensure smooth and timely execution of logistics operations.
- Monitor shipment statuses, track deliveries, and provide real-time updates to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
- Process and manage documentation, including invoices, delivery orders, and customs clearance forms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, aiming for swift and effective resolutions to maintain client trust.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service feedback using company CRM systems.
- Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance, customer service metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed and efficient customer support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a similar role, preferably within the transportation or supply chain industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, especially in documentation and data entry.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service and building long-term client relationships.
