Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve any delays or discrepancies promptly.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in warehouse and distribution operations.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including key metrics such as delivery times, costs, and inventory turnover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and international shipping standards.
