Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customs brokers to resolve logistics challenges and optimize routes.
- Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records in ERP systems.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (B/L, invoices, packing lists) in compliance with international trade regulations.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, sales, finance) to align logistics strategies with business goals.
- Negotiate freight rates and contracts with vendors to secure competitive pricing and service levels.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of incoterms, customs clearance, and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills in a multicultural setting.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
