Responsibility
- Develop and maintain integrated demand and supply plans to align with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to forecast demand accurately and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital efficiency with service level targets.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (e.g., fill rates, lead times, stock turnover) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely material availability and distribution.
- Implement S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes to enhance cross-functional alignment.
- Leverage ERP systems and advanced planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) to streamline planning workflows.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for supply chain disruptions and propose corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with S&OP, MRP, or IBP processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
