Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Optimize supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Track shipments, resolve delays, and provide real-time updates to stakeholders using logistics software.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork.
- Analyze logistics data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align logistics strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics coordination, supply chain, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with vendors and clients.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to address logistics challenges proactively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
