Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to play a pivotal role in our logistics chain? Iplanner Global is seeking a dedicated Buyer Self Collect Specialist to join our expanding team in the Klang/Port Klang region. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our warehouse operations and external buyers, ensuring that self-collection processes are seamless, efficient, and professional.
As a key member of our logistics department, you will manage the scheduling, verification, and final handover of goods. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment and possesses a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage all buyer self-collection schedules to ensure timely processing.
- Verify documentation and order details against physical inventory before handovers.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in delivery notes and receipt confirmations.
- Communicate effectively with internal warehouse staff to ensure orders are prepared for pickup.
- Ensure compliance with company safety protocols and warehouse operational guidelines.
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues arising during the collection process immediately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all self-collection records and transaction logs.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Inventory Management Systems).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently and manage high-volume pickup schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in the Port Klang area and work flexible hours if required.
