As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment and customer communication processes. Youâll manage incoming shipments, process orders through our Warehouse Management System (WMS), and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Responsibility
- Process and manage customer orders efficiently using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth incoming shipments and order fulfillment.
- Handle goods returns, discrepancies, and order-related inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
- Monitor shipment statuses and provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and order documentation.
- Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and reduce transit times.
- Resolve logistics-related issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Prepare and distribute reports on logistics performance and order processing metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and order processing software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for customer and team interactions.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistics challenges.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Bachelorâs degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
