Responsibility
- Coordinate and schedule the dispatch of healthcare products to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping of all shipments.
- Liaise with warehouse staff, drivers, and clients to resolve any dispatch-related issues.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet delivery deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation, including delivery notes and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements for transportation.
- Optimize dispatch routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide regular reports on dispatch activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of healthcare product handling and transportation regulations.
- Familiarity with the Bali region and its logistics infrastructure is advantageous.
