Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes.
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping records and customs paperwork.
- Track shipments and resolve any discrepancies or delays in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Analyze logistics data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on logistics performance.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and rates with transportation providers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
