Iplanner Global is currently seeking a dedicated Buyer Self-Collect Coordinator to join our growing team in Subang Bestari, Selangor. In this role, you will be the bridge between our inventory management systems and our customers, ensuring a seamless self-collection experience.
You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of customer pickups, maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, and providing exceptional service. Responsibility
- Coordinate and facilitate the daily self-collection process for buyers and external partners.
- Perform meticulous inventory verification to ensure orders are picked, packed, and ready for collection on time.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical logs of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding order status, collection times, and documentation requirements.
- Troubleshoot any discrepancies in order quantities or damaged items during the collection phase.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment conducive to efficient operations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff and the logistics department to streamline collection workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, or customer-facing logistics roles.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and warehouse management software (WMS) is an advantage.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail regarding stock handling and documentation.
- Ability to perform physically active tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL is a plus but not mandatory).
