Responsibility
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to optimize storage and distribution processes.
- Generate reports on production performance, inventory turnover, and supply chain metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
