Iplanner Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage our Buyer Self-Collect operations in Iskandar Puteri. In this role, you will be the bridge between our inventory management systems and our customers, ensuring a seamless, professional, and efficient collection process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong communication skills to handle customer interactions professionally while maintaining high operational standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end self-collection process, from coordinating order readiness to verifying documentation and ensuring timely handovers. Responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee the daily Buyer Self-Collect scheduling and operations.
  • Verify order accuracy, pick-lists, and customer documentation prior to order handover.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to confirm collection times and site requirements.
  • Maintain precise digital records of all collected items to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Handle on-site customer inquiries and troubleshoot potential collection discrepancies promptly.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure goods are staged and ready for pick-up.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe collection area in compliance with company health and safety protocols.
  • Generate daily summary reports on collection volumes and feedback for management review.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or SPM with relevant experience in Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Customer Service.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar logistics or retail coordination role.
  • Strong command of Malay and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially regarding inventory and documentation.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor when representing the company.
  • Familiarity with Iskandar Puteri or surrounding areas is an added advantage.
