Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily supply chain and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Manage and track inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee Last Mile Warehousing (LMW) activities, including packing, labeling, and dispatching of shipments.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and optimize delivery routes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including shipping logs, inventory reports, and delivery confirmations.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all logistics activities.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage data, and generate performance reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, WMS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
- Knowledge of inventory management, shipping regulations, and LMW processes is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime, as required.
