Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, storing, and distributing of IT products and materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Prepare and process shipping and receiving documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing materials.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory or shipment records.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or material handling is a plus.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, email).
