Responsibility
- Assist in the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods in the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to shipments or inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) as required.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
