With a competitive monthly salary of $3,000 – $4,000 (before overtime), you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations, timely deliveries, and exceptional service to our clients across Bali’s key regions, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta.

Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound logistics for air conditioning units and environmental products.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline procurement and delivery processes.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
- Optimize warehouse space and organize storage for efficient retrieval and distribution.
- Track shipments in real-time and resolve any delays or discrepancies proactively.
- Assist in forecasting demand and planning logistics strategies to meet business needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and industry regulations in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the HVAC or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with customs regulations, import/export procedures, and local logistics networks in Bali.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of sustainable practices in logistics and environmental compliance is a plus.
