Responsibility
- Assist in the coordination and scheduling of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and deliveries using digital and manual systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and process logistics documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure they meet delivery deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Support the logistics team in optimizing routes and transportation methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and reporting, to ensure accurate and up-to-date logistics records.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or administrative role is a plus but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic data entry skills.
