Responsibility
- Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Perform accurate picking and packing of orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Maintain inventory records using WMS/SAP systems and conduct regular stock checks.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics flow.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with export/import regulations.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in inventory or shipments promptly.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Familiarity with WMS/SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 kg) safely.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry).
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to operational demands.
