Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Manage inventory levels and track shipments using logistics software.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments, including invoices and delivery notes.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in warehouse management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Generate reports on logistics performance and suggest improvements.
- Support the team in achieving operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or already based in the region.
