Responsibility
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory.
- Perform accurate data entry and update inventory management systems in real-time.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for local and regional shipments.
- Conduct regular stock checks and participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Liaise with delivery personnel and transport vendors to ensure timely arrival and departure of goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with company health and safety standards.
- Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational requests as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
- Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite) for data tracking and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to minimize errors in order processing.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with internal departments.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an active, hands-on operational setting.
- Must be able to commit to full-time working hours with a proactive attitude toward learning.
