Based in our modern, fully air-conditioned facility in Changi, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently.

As a Logistics Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily fulfillment processes. We pride ourselves on maintaining a professional, safe, and comfortable workplace. Whether you are handling inventory, coordinating shipments, or ensuring documentation accuracy, you will contribute directly to our reputation for excellence. Responsibility

  • Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory.
  • Perform accurate data entry and update inventory management systems in real-time.
  • Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation for local and regional shipments.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and participate in cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Liaise with delivery personnel and transport vendors to ensure timely arrival and departure of goods.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace in compliance with company health and safety standards.
  • Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc operational requests as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification, or an equivalent vocational qualification.
  • Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office suite) for data tracking and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to minimize errors in order processing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with internal departments.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in an active, hands-on operational setting.
  • Must be able to commit to full-time working hours with a proactive attitude toward learning.
