As a Logistics and Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations across our production and logistics teams in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.

Responsibility
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety compliance.
- Oversee logistics and distribution processes to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and logistics.
- Lead and motivate a team of production and logistics staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain product standards and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze production and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines in all operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production, logistics, or supply chain supervision, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Proficient in inventory management, production planning, and logistics coordination.
- Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management software, or production tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to drive operational improvements.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
