Responsibility
- Oversee daily production and logistics operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain activities.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure product excellence.
- Train and supervise production and logistics staff to maintain high performance.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on production and logistics performance to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics and production management, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using logistics and production management software.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali.
