Responsibility
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Monitor daily logistics operations and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time delivery performance.
- Maintain and update logistics databases, ensuring data accuracy for inventory and shipment tracking.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management regarding logistics KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot shipping issues and resolve logistical discrepancies promptly.
- Support the development and implementation of logistics strategies to optimize route planning and distribution.
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and logistics management software.
