Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including inventory records, shipping logs, and receipts.
- Update and monitor SAP and WMS systems to ensure real-time data accuracy for inventory and order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to track shipments, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely deliveries.
- Oversee daily logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, while adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Generate reports on warehouse performance, logistics metrics, and inventory turnover for management review.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and reduce carrying costs.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on best practices for documentation, system usage, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse administration, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP and WMS software; experience with other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with inventory management, shipment tracking, and compliance regulations in logistics.
