Responsibility
- Lead and supervise daily Finished Goods Warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to optimize storage, picking, and dispatch processes.
- Implement and enforce warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and storage of finished goods, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, including training, performance evaluation, and workload allocation.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse KPIs, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and operational costs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and minimize lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
