Responsibility
- Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to resolve shipping discrepancies.
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, such as delays, damages, or documentation errors.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and delivery performance.
- Communicate effectively in Chinese with overseas suppliers and partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize shipping processes.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and proficient in English.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
- Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, or logistics management tools.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
