Responsibility
- Analyze defect trends using non-conformance reports and provide actionable feedback to production teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Document and report quality issues, trends, and resolutions to management.
- Assist in the development and update of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement projects.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality control best practices.
- Support internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes is a plus.
