Responsibility
- Lead and supervise production teams to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop and manage production schedules, allocating resources efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any production-related concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a production leadership role within manufacturing, construction, or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
