Responsibility
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct thorough root cause analysis for defects or non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including inspection reports and process logs.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflows and reduce defects.
- Perform regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with industry regulations.
- Train and mentor staff on quality assurance protocols and best practices.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues to minimize production delays.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry standards.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma) is a plus.
