Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the procurement process for sportswear and footwear materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet production demands.
- Monitor and analyze logistics operations to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in procurement and logistics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, manufacturers, and distribution partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics and procurement staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, inventory status, and logistics performance to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement and logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the sportswear or footwear industry.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using procurement and logistics software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards related to procurement and logistics.
