As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless production processes, optimizing supply chain logistics, and driving operational excellence. Responsibility
- Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize supply chain and production processes.
- Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with procurement, quality assurance, and engineering teams to streamline operations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
