Responsibility
- Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to company and industry standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality control standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including output, machine settings, and any issues encountered.
- Assist in the setup and adjustment of machinery for different production runs.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new equipment and processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in machine operation within manufacturing, food production, or a related industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and willingness to comply with all workplace safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg).
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machine operation is a plus.
