Responsibility

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams, expeditors, and sales departments to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and track deliveries to resolve any delays or discrepancies.
  • Liaise with third-party logistics providers to negotiate rates and optimize transportation routes.
  • Generate regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and key metrics for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all logistics operations.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to order status, delivery times, and logistics issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics administration, preferably in the FMCG or manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to address logistics challenges proactively.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
