Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including inventory management, shipment tracking, and delivery scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely updates for all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and verify logistics documentation, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Resolve any logistics-related issues, such as delays or discrepancies, in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies and procedures to improve operational workflows.
- Provide reports on logistics performance, including KPIs such as delivery times, costs, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse administration.
- Proficient in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
