Responsibility
- Coordinate and track inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistical challenges.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms.
- Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations.
- Generate reports on logistics performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including space optimization and stock management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain administration.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import/export procedures is a plus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s logistics infrastructure and local vendor networks.
