Responsibility
- Manage and update inventory databases, ensuring accuracy and real-time tracking of stock levels.
- Process and organize logistics documentation, including bills of lading, delivery receipts, and customs paperwork.
- Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation teams to schedule and monitor shipments.
- Resolve discrepancies in inventory or delivery records and implement corrective actions.
- Generate reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and efficiency metrics.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to align logistics activities with business needs.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to handle logistics challenges.
- Familiarity with shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
