Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, inventory control, and documentation processing.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including invoices, delivery notes, and inventory reports.
- Prepare and process administrative documents such as purchase orders, shipping manifests, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor and optimize logistics costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings.
- Resolve logistics-related issues, including delays, discrepancies, or customer complaints, with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payment processing for logistics services.
- Support the implementation of logistics software and tools to enhance operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, administration, or a similar operational role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
