Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of luxury retail products.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics processes.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including invoices and customs forms.
- Track shipments and resolve any discrepancies or delays promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of reports on logistics performance and inventory status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international shipping regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, preferably in the retail or luxury goods sector.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures is a plus.
