Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications and perform medical procedures such as blood draws, IV insertions, and wound care.
- Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as required.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Adhere to all nursing protocols, ethical standards, and legal regulations.
Qualifications
- Full registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) or equivalent recognized nursing authority.
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Proven proficiency in blood-taking skills (phlebotomy) and other clinical procedures.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to varying shifts and healthcare environments.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or travel to assigned locations in Bali (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta).
