Responsibility
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for locum and permanent roles within the pharmaceutical sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines.
- Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company recruitment policies.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of locum staffing and temporary placement processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment software (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdder).
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
