Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and abilities.
- Provide hands-on therapy and guidance to help patients improve their daily living skills.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and caregivers, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on adaptive techniques and assistive devices to enhance independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Valid license or certification to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in assessing and treating patients with a variety of conditions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
