Responsibility
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and assist with check-in, check-out, and room change procedures.
- Accurately enter and update guest information in the hotel’s property management system (PMS).
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage billing inquiries with precision and discretion.
- Provide local recommendations, including dining, transportation, and activities, to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby area at all times.
- Assist in emergency situations (e.g., medical, security) by following established protocols and notifying management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in front desk, guest services, or a similar hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Amadeus) is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a bonus.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism landscape and cultural sensitivity.
