Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is in working order.
- Monitor guest consumption and intervene responsibly when necessary to promote safe alcohol service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting shortages.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume or luxury establishment (minimum 2 years preferred).
- In-depth knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beers, with a passion for mixology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse clientele.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
