Responsibility
- Lead and supervise café staff during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
- Monitor daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Train and mentor team members to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with management to optimize staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Track sales performance and report discrepancies or opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, retail, or F&B.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers and staff.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Passion for coffee and customer service with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Malay) are a plus.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality are advantageous.
