Responsibility
- Develop and implement operational readiness plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for new hospitality projects.
- Coordinate with architecture, design, and construction teams to ensure facilities meet operational and guest experience standards.
- Design and deliver comprehensive staff training programs to uphold service excellence and brand consistency.
- Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B.
- Conduct risk assessments and contingency planning to mitigate operational disruptions before and after launch.
- Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards and permits.
- Monitor pre-opening budgets, procurement, and vendor contracts to align with financial and quality targets.
- Oversee soft openings and trial runs, gathering feedback to refine operations before the official launch.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or operational readiness role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching hotels, resorts, or similar high-end hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including service protocols, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train, mentor, and lead diverse teams.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable.
- Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
