Responsibility
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the building lobby and common areas.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and glass polishing.
- Ensure all waste bins are emptied and trash is disposed of according to site regulations.
- Monitor and replenish restroom supplies (soaps, towels, paper products) as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, repairs needed, or safety hazards to the site supervisor immediately.
- Follow strict site sign-in and sign-out protocols to ensure accurate attendance records.
- Maintain equipment in good working order and keep cleaning supplies organized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet site standards.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Must be comfortable adhering to grooming standards (wearing provided uniform, dark long pants, and covered shoes).
