As a Lobby Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in managing the first impressions of our guests. You will assist patients, visitors, and staff with inquiries, provide guidance, and maintain a smooth flow of traffic in high-traffic areas such as lobbies, counters, and elevators. Your friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills will help create a positive and stress-free experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
This is a 6-month renewable contract based in key locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Responsibility
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about hospital services, directions, and procedures.
- Manage crowd control in high-traffic areas such as lobbies, counters, and elevators to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and assigned areas.
- Assist with patient check-ins, registrations, and wayfinding to enhance their experience.
- Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or escalate them to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Collaborate with security and other staff to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is a plus.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with healthcare settings or medical terminology is an advantage but not required.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or customer service are a bonus.
