Responsibility
- Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage inquiries to ensure a smooth travel experience.
- Monitor and manage boarding operations, verifying travel documents and compliance with airline policies.
- Address and resolve passenger concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with airport staff, security, and airline representatives to maintain safety and operational standards.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, gate assignments, and airport facilities.
- Handle emergency situations, such as medical incidents or flight disruptions, with calmness and professionalism.
- Maintain detailed records of passenger interactions, incidents, and service feedback for continuous improvement.
- Uphold company and regulatory guidelines to ensure a secure and welcoming environment for all travelers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or aviation are a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in airport, hospitality, or travel-related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
