Responsibility

  • Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to mall visitors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Assist shoppers with directions, store locations, and general mall information, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Handle complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Support mall events, promotions, and tenant activities by coordinating logistics, setting up displays, and engaging with the public.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents, and service requests using digital tools and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with security, maintenance, and retail teams to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Assist in lost-and-found services, managing items and reuniting them with their owners efficiently.
  • Stay updated on mall policies, promotions, and tenant offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (1+ years preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail or mall operations is beneficial but not mandatory—full training will be provided.
