Responsibility
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service to mall visitors, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with a solution-oriented approach.
- Assist shoppers with directions, store locations, and general mall information, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Handle complaints and feedback with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Support mall events, promotions, and tenant activities by coordinating logistics, setting up displays, and engaging with the public.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, incidents, and service requests using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with security, maintenance, and retail teams to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Assist in lost-and-found services, managing items and reuniting them with their owners efficiently.
- Stay updated on mall policies, promotions, and tenant offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, business, or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality (1+ years preferred but not required for exceptional candidates).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong advantage).
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak shopping periods.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail or mall operations is beneficial but not mandatory—full training will be provided.
